Owner, Ryan Gray, grew up in Mt. Juliet TN. and graduated from Mt. Juliet High school in 2006. A few years later he found his calling at Priority Pest Protection (Mt. Juliet).
Ryan spent a decade working as their lead service technician.
In 2020 the family-owned business, he was dedicated to, was sold to a national chain.
Ryan then decided to launch Gray's Pest Service!
GPS's mission is to remain affordable with the upmost integrity and knowledge in the field!
Ryan, along with his wife and two children, uprooted from their home in Wilson County (Lebanon) to abide with a non-compete agreement and relocated in Putnam County!
Part of the transition, with such a big career move & family change, was to continue to support Wilson County and expand their circle in their new hometown of Cookeville. We have been growing in Wilson County, so we have brought on two of the best technicians from the original sold off company and we are excited to have them!

Service runs March- October. This treatment involves a technician treating the grass, shrubs, and trees to target ticks and mosquitoes. You may run it longer if still using the yard, but typically after October we are targeting ticks since they can handle colder temperatures than mosquitoes.
5 year price lock when you don't skip your month of service! Exterior treatment with inside treatment included for houses upto 4,000sqft. There is NO START UP FEE with our quarterly service. This is a service that includes exterior and interior treatment of general insects. This is a great service without any commitment of signing any contracts at a much lower rate than competitors.

This is an indoor treatment you're home for fleas. It is a two treatment procedure, the second treatment being scheduled 10 to 14 days after the initial. This treatment requires you to leave your home for 2 hours before re-entering your home.
This is a service for German roaches, one of the fastest breeding roaches that you can get in your home. It is a monthly service with the initial price starting at $175, but then drops down to $65 per month for most homes. Depending on the size of the infestation will determine how quickly we can gain control. It is best to throw out any infested kitchen products and to clear out cabinets before the initial treatment.
